Manchester United: Why is this player not an indisputable starter ?
OPINION | While he performs almost on each of his entries into play, Garnacho is still not a starter in the eyes of his coach Eric Ten Hag.
The former Ajax coach prefers other players on the wings, and if we can understand the presence in the starting XI of Marcus Rashford, we can however consider that the opposite wing could be attributed to the Argentinian given the performance of Sancho in particular, or even Antony.
Admittedly, Garnacho was the author of one or two very disappointing matches, but he often brings much more than the two players mentioned above.
Only, if the Argentinian were to start, he should be on the left since he is much more comfortable in this position, which would force Rashford to be relocated to the right wing or to the center forward.
